Tai-Chi, Tai Chi Chuan, is a gentle, internal style of martial arts that is highly accessible and beneficial on many levels.  It has been used for centuries to teach mental focus, while emphasizing balance, coordination, relaxation, and proper breathing. When practiced properly, Tai-Chi can also be an effective form of self-defense. At all levels, Tai-Chi is said to regulate the central nervous system and helps prevent stress, high blood pressure, and heart problems, and increases flexibility and physical energy.

We are fortunate to have Sean Marshall, a local tai-chi master from the Jing Ying Institute in Arnold, Maryland.  Sean
is a nationally-ranked martial artist and accomplished instructor, with over twenty years of training and over thirteen years of full-time coaching experience. 

In order to ensure that you have a more personalized and rewarding experience, we limit our class size to six (6) people.

 
First class is always FREE for newcomers!

Fee: $25 per class or $200 for 10 classes ($20/class)

No membership or initiation fees.
