Our personal training services are available in: Private sessions (one-on-one with a trainer); Duets (two clients with one trainer); and small groups (by request).
Our fitness trainers are fully qualified to design a program to fit your personal needs and goals, including but not limited to:
- Weight loss

- Increased energy
- Increased strength or muscle tone
- Improved cardiovascular stamina or endurance
- Enhanced sports performance
- Enhanced results from an existing exercise program
- Increased flexibility
- Prevention or recovery from injury or surgery (post-rehab)
- Improved function with existing disability (functional conditioning)
- Disease prevention or reducing risk factors for disease
- Reduced stress levels
- Improved sleep
- Establish pre/post natal fitness
- Improved ability to perform every day activities
- Improved feeling of overall well-being
Here is how it works:
- Complete an in-depth Health History Lifestyle Questionnaire

- Schedule a Personal Consultation with our Lifestyle Consultant wherein we help you establish specific short and long term goals
- Complete a comprehensive physical assessment
- Together, we develop a program to fit your personal needs/goals
Your body was made to move. The problem is that it
did not come with an owner’s manual and so you may not know how to
exercise correctly and safely. This is where professional guidance is
the key to your success. Personal training is appropriate for
beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike.
All of our fitness trainers have undergraduate degrees in exercise
science and/or national certifications in personal fitness training and

Our focus is on safety and efficiency so that you can maximize your results while minimizing your risk of injury and time spent working out.
If anything falls outside of the trainer’s scope of practice, we will
refer you to a competent professional within our vast network of health
practitioners.
