Get a full body workout without the military intensity

This is a fun, vigorous workout with an emphasis on variety.  Based on the conventional bootcamp concept of working your entire body-- heart and muscles--by going from one exercise to another with no rest, Bootcamp Light is more accessible for those who want an effective and efficient workout in a group environment. 

The benefits of this approach are increased strength, endurance, and flexibility, and most importantly, to burn major calories in a short period of time.  As for motivation, we’ve got that covered as well.  You commit to six weekly, one-hour workouts and each week you get a different workout with a different instructor.

In order to ensure that you have a more personalized and rewarding experience, we limit our class size to six (6) people.
